There’s a particular kind of evening that stays with you.

Not because anything extraordinary happened — but because the company made everything feel that way. Conversation that wandered somewhere unexpected. Laughter that came easily. The rare sensation of being genuinely present with someone.

That’s what I offer. Not a performance of connection — the real thing.

I’m Isabelle. Issy to those who know me well, Belle when the night calls for something softer. By day I’m the girl with a book and a slow morning, my dog at my feet, a coffee going cold because I got too absorbed in whatever I’m reading about — usually psychology, neuroscience, or some corner of history I didn’t know existed. I’m genuinely fascinated by how people think, what drives them, what they’re really saying underneath what they say.

By night I come alive differently. Jazz bars, burlesque, a beautiful restaurant, a cocktail worth lingering over. I’ve been teaching myself piano — slowly, imperfectly, and with complete devotion. I find the same thing in music that I find in a really good conversation: the spaces between things matter as much as the things themselves.
