By accessing this website or submitting a booking enquiry, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1.Age Requirement

This website contains adult content and is intended solely for individuals aged 18 years and over. By entering this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately.

Isabelle D’Amore reserves the right to request age verification at any point in the booking process. Enquiries from individuals who cannot verify their age will not be accepted.

2.Nature of Services

All services offered are for companionship and social entertainment purposes only. Any time spent together is the sale of time and companionship exclusively. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or agreement for anything beyond this.

By submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge and accept this explicitly.

3.Booking & Deposit Policy

All bookings require a deposit to be considered confirmed. Enquiries without a completed screening process and deposit payment will not be held.

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable once, provided a reschedule request is made with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Deposits for tour and travel bookings are non-transferable under any circumstances, regardless of notice given. If Isabelle D’Amore cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a future booking — at your discretion.

Submitting a deposit constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

4.Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit entirely. Reschedule requests made within the 48-hour window will be considered at Isabelle D’Amore’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in permanent refusal of future bookings, regardless of deposit status.

Tour and travel bookings operate under a stricter policy. These dates are planned well in advance and deposits paid for tour bookings cannot be transferred or refunded under any circumstances unless Isabelle D’Amore initiates the cancellation.

5.Behaviour & Conduct

Isabelle D’Amore operates in an environment built on mutual respect. All clients are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and professionalism at all times — from first contact through to the end of the booking.

The following will result in immediate cancellation of a booking with the full booking fee retained: disrespectful, aggressive, or demeaning communication; attempts to negotiate, pressure, or push boundaries before or during a booking; any conduct that compromises Isabelle D’Amore’s safety, comfort, or wellbeing; failure to comply with screening requirements after a booking has been initiated.

Isabelle D’Amore reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking at her sole discretion. No refund or deposit transfer will be issued in these circumstances.

6.Payments

Isabelle D’Amore accepts payment via bank transfer, PayID, Beem, and cash. Payment method will be confirmed at the time of booking.

By providing your payment information, you authorise Isabelle D’Amore to access and use the payment instrument you have chosen and to charge the agreed amount due. All payments are processed through the relevant payment gateways. Isabelle D’Amore is not responsible for and has no control over any third party payment gateways. You acknowledge and agree that Isabelle D’Amore will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of a third party payment gateway.

You are encouraged to read and understand the terms and conditions of any third party payment service before use. Isabelle D’Amore reserves the right to cancel or reverse any transaction where payment is found to have violated any applicable law or these Terms and Conditions.

7.Health & Safety

Both parties are expected to prioritise health and safety at all times. Isabelle D’Amore reserves the right to decline or end a booking if health or safety concerns arise without penalty or refund obligation.

Clients are expected to arrive to all bookings in a sober, respectful, and hygienic state. Bookings may be declined or terminated at Isabelle D’Amore’s discretion if this standard is not met, and the booking fee will be retained in full.

8.Photography & Recording

Photography, audio recording, or video recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during any booking without Isabelle D’Amore’s explicit prior written consent. Violation of this policy is a serious breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

Isabelle D’Amore retains the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of unauthorised recording or distribution of any content involving her likeness.

9.Consumer Protection Law

Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

10.Limitation of Liability

Isabelle D’Amore and her respective directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses including legal fees arising from your use of this site, our services, or any booking made in accordance with these terms.

This website is provided in good faith for informational purposes. Isabelle D’Amore makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on this site.

11.Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this site and submitting a booking enquiry you indemnify and hold harmless Isabelle D’Amore and her respective directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of this site or our services, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

12.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

13.Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

14.Updates to These Terms

Isabelle D’Amore reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
